RETURNS:

 Returns can be made free of charge within 14 days of receiving the delivery (return must be shipped by day 14). The package may be opened upon receipt but all items must be returned unused (in the same condition as when received). All original packaging must also be returned unused. Items returned after 14 days of receiving the delivery will be sent back to the customer.

Please note we do not refund shipping fees.

We recommend posting within 14 days of your Return Request and requesting proof of postage to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you: we at PESCADORES take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed satisfactory subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting info@pescadores-collection.com about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.

Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC). 

EXCHANGES:

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges shipped to you free of charge once we receive the item you want to exchange. If you are interested in a different product please contact us at info@pescadores-collection.com .
